Metadata Studio is a small independent project. There is no contact form and no support desk, but email and the links below reach the developer directly.
The best way to reach us is mizanur@convodigital.com. Include the browser and operating system you are using, the provider and model involved, and the exact error text if you hit one. Never send API keys in an email.
Metadata Studio is developed and maintained by Mizanur Rahman Momin through Convo Digital, so email reaches a small team rather than a ticketing system. Every message is read, but a reply can take a few days. A clear subject line and the details above help a lot.

What we can help with
- Bug reports and reproducible errors in the generator, the relay or the CSV exports.

- Corrections to documentation, including the templates and category reference.
What we cannot help with
Metadata Studio is free and bring-your-own-key, so some requests are outside what we can support. We cannot help with provider account or billing issues, API quotas, rate limits or credit purchases, and we cannot issue or reset provider API keys. We also cannot help with marketplace account, review, rejection or payout problems on Adobe Stock or Shutterstock, or with files, formats and marketplace CSVs that the tool does not support. For those, contact your provider or the marketplace directly.
